Carolina Implants are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Their staff are the most effective and efficient team I’ve ever encountered in the medical field! They were very thorough very informative and very pleasant, they truly make you feel like FAMILY. They treat you like royalty, they never push anything on you, they allow you to be the Boss and work strictly for you and your specifications. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!!

There super awesome, quick and efficient. Both dr’s take time to listen to what specifically you want in a smile . Staff is all awesome . Very friendly and personal. Even fits you in for corrections in a timely manner. Would recommend a 1,000 times. Can’t wait for my finals and actually love to smile again. It was a very scary experience for me with dentists, but they went way over and beyond to make me comfortable and less nervous. 10 stars.

Great experience. The staff are wonderful, they have an unbeatable bedside manner (especially Hannah). It is difficult to convey in a short review how impactful this has been on my life. My thanks to Carolina Implants and Periodontics for everything they have done for me.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. The front desk team was welcoming and professional, the assistants were attentive and knowledgeable, and Dr. Timmerman is truly an outstanding dentist. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and even smells amazing which adds to the overall comfort. I had a wonderful visit from start to finish. Highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality dental care. 10/10.

Dr. Zimmerman and Dr. Ricker consistently demonstrate a genuine commitment to their patients’ best interests. As a fellow provider, I would confidently refer patients to their practice. Their office is exceptionally clean and welcoming, with an immaculate waiting area and spacious, well-maintained treatment rooms.

There aren't enough stars to adequately rate Carolina Implants & Periodontics. Five stars for the facility; the brand-new building is highly accessible and welcoming. The moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted by Rania at the front desk and felt at ease. This was really important to me, as I was scheduled for a big procedure. That instant kindness went a long way to calming my nerves and making me feel at ease... Especially since I still had to discuss payment options with Marianne, their in-house finance guru. Somehow, I was in and out in minutes with a payment plan that meant I could afford my new smile. Marianne helped make easy what can sometimes be the hardest part of the entire procedure. That's why I say that the people are the absolute best thing about Carolina Implants and Periodontics. From the front desk to the dentists working on your teeth, every person that I encountered genuinely listened and cared about what I had to say. When it came to the actual procedure, each assistant and dentist treated me and my concerns with incredible patience and a gentle touch. I've had bad dental experiences during my childhood, and they seemed to understand this from the mom

Everything about this place is excellent! Their customer service, their professionalism, their communication and all of their staff. Dr. Andrew Timmerman was wonderful. They even offer super easy financing options. My only regret was not going sooner. Thanks everyone!
